Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and cleared. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Shipping Method & Cost We offer flat rate shipping on all orders.
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7–20 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist you. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
